🔍 Why Your YouTube Videos Aren't Loading
A common reason YouTube videos may not load in your systemHUB account is if the video’s listing type on YouTube is set to "Private."
When a video is set to Private, it usually only loads for the account holder and not for anyone else.
🛠️ How to Fix the Video Display Issue
To ensure your videos work in systemHUB, set them to "Unlisted." With this setting, videos won’t appear in YouTube search results, so people outside your organisation won’t find them, but they will still load for users who have the exact video URL. This allows them to work within systemHUB.
🔄 Steps to Update Your YouTube Settings
- Log into your YouTube Studio account.
- Navigate to your Content tab on the left-hand menu.
- Find the specific video and click on its Visibility dropdown menu.
- Change the setting from Private to Unlisted.
- Click Save.
