Fixing YouTube Video Playback Issues
Having trouble embedding and playing YouTube videos in your account? Here are a few troubleshooting ideas.
A common reason YouTube videos may not load in your systemHUB account is if the video’s listing type on YouTube is set to "Private."
When a video is set to Private, it usually only loads for the account holder and not for anyone else.
To ensure your videos work in systemHUB, set them to "Unlisted." With this setting, videos won’t appear in YouTube search results, so people outside your organisation won’t find them, but they will still load for users who have the exact video URL. This allows them to work within systemHUB.
If you need tighter security, you can host your videos on a more secure platform like Wistia, Vimeo, or Viddler. All of these services are compatible with systemHUB.
