Generating an Agreement Log Report
The agreement log report tracks and exports records of who has read and agreed to assigned systems, policies, or training materials.
The Agreement Log tracks when users are sent systems, policies, or training and confirms they have acknowledged and agreed to them.
When a user clicks the Agree button on a system or policy, this action is recorded in the Agreement Log.
Steps to Generate an Agreement Log Report
1. Open Settings
- Click your profile image
- Select Settings
2. Go to Reports
- On the left menu, click Reports
- Select Agreement Log
3. Choose Content Type
- Select one of the following:
- Systems
- Policies
- Training
- Example used: Systems
4. Select Items to Include
- Use the search bar to find items
- Or select:
- Individual systems
- Subfolders
- Entire folders (e.g. Administration folder)
5. Generate Report
- Click Generate Report
- View results showing:
- Status
- System title
- Owner / secondary owner
- Last updated date
- System agreement log
6. Review Agreement Status
- Open the agreement log icon for each system
- Check user list:
- Yes (green) = user has agreed
- No = user has not signed off
7. Understand Key Difference
- Agreement Log: Shows all users per system and their agreement status
- Member Sign-Off: Shows all items signed off by a specific user
8. Export Report
- Click Export Report
- Downloads an Excel (.xlsx) file to your computer
