How many people can I add to my systemHUB account?

Your plan includes a set number of seats. A seat is one active member of your account.

Your plan includes a set number of seats. A seat is one active member of your account.

Your own Owner/Admin account uses one of those seats. So a 10-seat plan means you, plus 9 other people — not you plus 10. This is the most common reason people find they have one fewer space than they expected.

🔍 Checking how much room you have

Count your active members and compare that against your plan's seat count. Deactivated members don't count toward the total — only active ones do.

I've run out of seats. How do I free one up?

You have two options, and they are not equivalent.

✔️ Deactivate a member — almost always the right choice

  • Frees their seat immediately
  • Keeps their record and their history
  • Can be reversed — reactivate them later and their history is still there

 ⚠️ Delete a member — permanent

  • Removes their history along with their account
  • Cannot be undone

If someone has left, is on extended leave, or you simply need the space back, deactivate. Only delete when you are certain you will never need that person's record again.

🙋 I need more seats than my plan allows

Seat counts are set by your plan. If deactivating inactive members doesn't give you the room you need, email support@systemology.com to discuss increasing your plan's seat count.
