All you need is a supported browser, an internet connection, and enabled cookies to get started. ### **🌐 Supported Browsers** systemHUB is a cloud platform, which means there's nothing to install and it works on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, and mobile. As long as you have a supported browser and a stable internet connection, you're good to go. A supported, up-to-date browser Use the latest version, or one version back, of any of these: - **Google Chrome** - **Microsoft Edge** - **Safari** - **Mozilla Firefox** **Google Chrome** and **Microsoft Edge** give the most consistent experience. Internet Explorer and the old (non-Chromium) Edge are not supported. Not sure what version you're on? See "How to check you're on the latest version of your browser." --- ### **📶 Internet Connection & Settings** ### A stable internet connection systemHUB streams pages and videos, so a reliable broadband or Wi-Fi connection gives the best experience, as a rough guide, 5 Mbps down is plenty for smooth video playback. ### Cookies and JavaScript enabled These are on by default in every supported browser. If your workplace locks them down, some features, including login, may not work. If you're on a managed work device and something won't load, ask your IT team whether cookies or scripts are being blocked. --- ### **💻 Operating System & Device Recommendations** ### Operating system Any modern Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iOS, or Android device works fine, what matters is running one of the supported browsers above, not the OS version itself. ### For heavier work, use a desktop You can view and sign off systems on your phone, but for building systems, uploading video, or bulk admin, a laptop or desktop is far more comfortable. --- ### **❓ Still Having Trouble?** If you meet these requirements and something still isn't working, run through the standard fixes (refresh, log out and back in, clear your cache, update your browser), and if it persists, contact support with a screenshot or short screen video. --- ### **🎉 You're All Set!** Once you have verified your browser and connection settings, you are ready to use systemHUB.
