How to Clear Your Browser's Cache and Cookies (Mobile)

📱 Clearing Cache and Cookies on Mobile

Just like on a computer, your phone's browser stores parts of pages (the cache) and login files (cookies) so sites load faster. When these get out of date they can cause pages to load oddly or show old content. Clearing them fixes many everyday glitches.

⚠️ Heads up: Clearing cookies logs you out of most sites, so have your passwords handy. You'll log back into systemHUB afterwards.

🍏 iPhone / iPad, Safari

Safari's settings live in the phone's Settings app, not in Safari itself.

1. Open the Settings app -> Apps -> Safari (on older iOS, just Settings -> Safari).
2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
3. Confirm.
4. Reopen Safari and log back in.

🌐 iPhone / iPad, Chrome

1. Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu (bottom right).
2. Tap Delete browsing data (or Settings -> Privacy -> Delete browsing data).
3. Set the time range to All time.
4. Tick Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
5. Tap Delete browsing data.

🤖 Android, Chrome

1. Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu (top right).
2. Tap Delete browsing data.
3. Set the time range to All time.
4. Tick Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
5. Tap Delete data.

📱 Android, Samsung Internet

1. Open the Settings app -> Apps -> Samsung Internet -> Storage.
2. Tap Clear cache.
3. To clear cookies, open Samsung Internet -> menu -> Settings -> Personal browsing data -> Delete browsing data.

If clearing the cache doesn't help, try opening systemHUB in a private / incognito tab. If it works there, the cache was the cause. If it still fails, contact support with a screenshot or short video. For heavier work like editing systems, the desktop version tends to be smoother than mobile.
