Overview of systemHUB Reports Feature
The reports section allows you to generate reports for your systems, policies, and training. These reports help you track activity, agreements, and team engagement with your documentation. In this video, we provide a quick overview of where to find reports and how to generate and export them.
Navigate to Reports

Click Settings.

Select Reports from the menu on the left.
2. Select the Report Type
Choose the report you want to generate:

Agreement Log
-
System Activity Log
-
Members Sign Off
-
Learning Track Log
3. Choose What to Report On

Select whether the report is for a System, Policy, or Training item.

Use the search bar to find a specific item, or
-
Use the checkboxes to select folders or groups of systems.
4. Generate the Report

Click Generate Report.

The report will appear in the reports list.
5. Export the Report

Click Export.
-
Choose where you'd like to save the file.
