# Overview of the systemHUB Reports Feature

## The Reports section allows you to generate reports for your systems, policies, and training, helping you track activity, agreements, and team engagement with your documentation. In this video, we’ll walk you through where to find these reports and how to generate and export them.

#### **1. Navigate to Reports**

- Click **Settings**.
- Select **Reports** from the menu on the left.

#### **2. Select the Report Type**

Choose the report you want to generate:

- [**System Activity Log**](https://kb.systemology.com/help-center/generating-a-systems-activity-log-report?hsLang=en)
- [**Members Sign-Off**](https://kb.systemology.com/help-center/generating-a-members-sign-off-report?hsLang=en)
- [**Learning Track Log**](https://kb.systemology.com/help-center/generating-a-learning-track-log-report?hsLang=en)

#### **3. Choose What to Report On**

- Select whether the report is for a **System, Policy, or Training** item.
- Use the **search bar** to find a specific item, or
- Use the **checkboxes** to select folders or groups of systems.

#### **4. Generate the Report**

- Click **Generate Report**.
- The report will appear in the reports list.

#### **5. Export the Report**

- Click **Export**.
- Choose where you'd like to **save the file**.
