systemHUB Affiliate Program: How It Works

Refer people to systemHUB and earn a 25% commission on every monthly payment for the first 12 months for every systemHUB account you refer. Here's how it works, who can join, and how to sign up.

👥 Who Can Join 

Anyone with an audience of business owners, operators, consultants, or anyone interested in systemising. You don't need to be a Certified SYSTEMologist (though they tend to be our highest-earning affiliates because the recommendation slots cleanly into their client work).

💰 What You Earn

  • 25% commission on every monthly subscription payment

  • 60-day cookie: If someone clicks your link and signs up within 60 days, the commission credits to you

These excluded tiers have separate referral paths and aren't part of the affiliate program.

  • Do I need to be a Certified SYSTEMologist? No. The program is open to anyone with an audience of business owners or operators. SYSTEMologists tend to be our highest-earning affiliates because the recommendation slots cleanly into their existing client work, but certification isn't required.

  • What marketing assets do I get? Banners, swipe email copy, social post templates, product screenshots, demo videos, and standard pitch language you can drop into client decks. Everything lives in your affiliate resources folder and gets updated as we ship new material.

  • What happens if my referral cancels and re-signs up later? The original attribution holds within the 12-month commission window. If a customer you referred cancels mid-window and returns through any path, the remaining months of credit still go to you.

  • Can I promote on paid ads? Yes, with one rule: don't bid on systemHUB brand-name keywords (e.g., "systemhub") in Google Ads. Referrals from brand-name paid ads get auto-rejected. Affiliates running paid ads to their own audience (Facebook, LinkedIn, non-brand Google) are welcome.
