We've added several new updates to our platform and made improvements based on your feedback. Take a look!
Here are the bigger updates:
1. Enhanced Flexibility: Move Your Content. Users can now move content, individual systems, and folders between the Systems and Policies section.
To do this, simply right-click on the individual content or entire folder, then select the option to either "Move to Policies" or "Move to Systems."
Note: This feature is not yet available for Training because this section has its own structure that doesn't match the one found in Systems and Policies.
Here are the other updates we made:
1. Content Quest: Hunt by Assignee! Users can now search for content by Assignee or Assigned Members, offering more options for specific content searches in systemHUB.
2. Hue Hunt: Find with Color! We've made a small adjustment to the drop-down menu for searching by system status.
Before, the options were based on the default meanings of status colors. However, as we've shifted away from using default meanings to prevent confusion, the options in the drop-down now display colors instead.
When users select any of these colors from the drop-down, the system will show results that match the chosen color or status.
