We've implemented several more updates to our platform. Additionally, we've made improvements based on feedback from our users to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Here is the major update:
1. Bulk Ownership Assignment Unleashed! We've added a new feature that allows users to assign primary and secondary owners in bulk for systems, policies, and training. This makes it much easier to update ownership for multiple systems at once, instead of doing it individually.
Simply navigate to your team member's user account and click on the new "SYSTEM OWNERSHIP" button.
In this new section, you can select the systems, policies, and training you want to assign this team member as a primary or secondary owner.
Here are other updates we made:
1. Expanded File Support: We've expanded the list of accepted file types in systemHUB's attachment section. Now, you can easily upload files with extensions such as .bp, .sbp, .bob, and .graffle. Enjoy enhanced flexibility in managing your documents!
2. Enhanced Video Embedding: We've added new accepted video types for embedding into the System/Policy Details and Supporting Notes sections. You can seamlessly load videos from Dropbox, Google Drive, and YouTube Shorts. Sweet!
