Check our quick list of supported and unsupported formats before uploading. ### **✅ Supported File Types** You can safely upload the following file formats directly into the attachments section of your systemHUB account: | Category | Accepted Formats | | --- | --- | | **Images** | `jpeg`, `jpg`, `gif`, `png`, `psd` | | **Documents** | `pdf`, `xls`, `xlsx`, `csv`, `ppt`, `pptx`, `doc`, `docx`, `rtf` | | **Audio / Video** | `wav`, `mov`, `wmv`, `m4a`, `mp4`, `swf`, `mp3`, `ogg` | --- ### **❌ Unsupported File Types** The following file types are currently not supported for upload due to security and system compatibility: - **Documents:** `xlsm`, `docm`, `odt`, `odp`, `pages` - **Video:** `avi` --- ### **📞 Need a Different Format?** If there is a specific file type you need to upload that is not listed as supported, please contact our support team, and we will check if we can add it for you. --- ### **🎉 You're All Set!** You now know which files are ready for upload.
