What File Types Can Be Uploaded to Systems, Policies, or Training?

To keep your account secure, systemHUB only allows approved file types to be uploaded in the attachments section. Check our quick list of supported and unsupported formats before uploading.

✅ Supported File Types

You can safely upload the following file formats directly into the attachments section of your systemHUB account:

Category Accepted Formats
Images jpeg, jpg, gif, png, psd
Documents pdf, xls, xlsx, csv, ppt, pptx, doc, docx, rtf
Audio / Video wav, mov, wmv, m4a, mp4, swf, mp3, ogg

 

❌ Unsupported File Types

The following file types are currently not supported for upload due to security and system compatibility:

  • Documents: xlsm, docm, odt, odp, pages
  • Video: avi
