What Formats Does the Video Embed Section of a System Accept?

YouTube, Loom, Wistia, Vimeo, Screencast, Viddler and that's just to name a few.

When editing a system, policy or training you have probably already seen the video embed section (below).

While most people know you can enter a YouTube URL here, you may not know the system supports a variety of formats. Below are the acceptable video file types that can be previewed:
