Here's who gets access and how to switch it on for more of your team. ### **🔑 Which plans include AI Gateway** - Accelerator: included - Systems Champion: included - Free trials: included - Starter: not included. Starter is the software on its own. To connect an AI, upgrade to Accelerator. - Legacy plans: many include everything in Accelerator, some don't. Email support@systemHUB.com and we'll check yours. ### **👤 Which roles can connect** AI Gateway is set per role, not per person. - Admins: on by default. - Editors, Contributors and Readers: off by default. When a role is switched on, **everyone in that role can connect**. It can't be switched on for one person. Your AI only ever gets your own permissions: a Reader's AI can read your systems but can't create or change anything. ### **🛠️ How to switch it on for more roles** There's no setting for this on your Permissions screen, so our team does it for you. 1. Email support@systemHUB.com from the Company Owner or an Admin account. 2. Say which roles you'd like switched on (Editor, Contributor and/or Reader). 3. We'll confirm when it's done. Each person can then go to Profile → Settings → Company → AI Gateway and generate their own token. ### **🙋 Still can't see the AI Gateway?** - Check your plan under Settings → Billing → Plan. - Check your role with your Admin. - Make sure each person generates their own token.
