How to Reset a Team Member's Password

This guide explains how to reset a user’s password from within your systemHUB account.

1. Log In to systemHUB

Start by logging in to your company’s systemHUB workspace using your unique subdomain URL.


2. Open the Members Area

  1. Click Settings

  2. Select Company

  3. Click Members

You will see a list of all users in your account.


3. Choose the Team Member

  1. Find the member who needs a password reset

  2. Click their name to open their profile

  3. Select Log in as this member

This lets you access their account to update the password.


4. Update the Password

While logged in as the user:

  1. Click Settings

  2. Select Security

  3. Enter the new password

  4. Confirm the password

  5. Click Update

The password will be changed immediately.


5. Notify the Team Member

Make sure to let the user know their new login details so they can access their account.
