This guide will show you the two ways to log in to your systemHUB account, how subdomains work, and where to update your login URL if you are an administrator.
1. Understand the Migration to systemHUB 2.0
systemHUB is currently upgrading to systemHUB 2.0.
During this period:
-
The login URL may show as systemsHUB.com instead of systemHUB.com
-
This is expected during the migration
-
Once the migration is complete, everything will return to systemHUB.com
-
You do not need to make any changes
Redirects will be managed for you automatically.
2. What is a Subdomain
Each systemHUB account has its own private login URL, for example:
yourcompany.systemsHUB.com
Your company subdomain:
-
Is created when your account is set up
-
Will be sent to you by email during onboarding
-
Is used for security, so each company has its own login area
Make sure you save this URL somewhere safe.
3. If You Do Not Know Your Subdomain
If you reach the login page and cannot remember your subdomain:
-
Click Forgot Company
-
Enter the email address you use with systemHUB
-
Click Find
-
You will receive an email with your correct login URL
4. Example of How Subdomains Work
Example only:
Company name: Acme
Your login URL will look like this:
acme.systemsHUB.com
Replace acme with your company name.
5. Previous systemHUB 1.0 Login
If you are a systemHUB 1.0 user who has been migrated to 2.0:
Previously you logged in here.
member.systemHUB.com
Now you will see a link:
Looking to log in to systemHUB 2.0
-
Click the link and you will be redirected to your new subdomain login page
-
Over time, member login will send you straight to your company login page
The system knows if your account has been migrated.
