Creating Custom QR Codes for Easy Access to Systems and Policies 📱

This guide explains how to quickly generate a QR code for any system, policy, or training in systemHUB.

 

1. Navigate to the System, Policy, or Training

  1. Open systemHUB and go to the system, policy, or training you want to create a QR code for.

  2. Make sure you are on the page of the specific item.

2. Open the QR Code Generator

  1. Click the Share button on the item page.

  2. In the share menu, select Open QR code.

  3. Each item in systemHUB has its own custom QR code, so you can generate one for any system, policy, or training.

3. Use or Save the QR Code

  1. Once the QR code is generated, you have a few options:

    • Print it directly to your printer.

    • Save as a PDF to edit, resize, or share digitally.

    • Optionally, open in a graphics editor if you need to adjust the design.

4. Practical Tips

  • QR codes can be placed on equipment, training materials, or posters to make access quick and easy.

  • Using QR codes helps streamline training, policy access, and system navigation in the field.
