Generating a Learning Track Log Report

The learning or training track log report tracks and exports users’ progress and completion status across training learning tracks.

 

The Learning Track Log report shows training progress and completion status for users across selected learning tracks. It allows administrators to track engagement, completion percentages, and agreement status.

Steps to Generate a Learning Track Log Report

1. Open Settings

  • Click your profile image
  • Select Settings

2. Go to Reports

  • Click Reports from the left menu
  • Select Learning Track Log

3. Select Content to Include

  • Use the search bar to find specific training items
  • Or select:
    • Individual learning tracks
    • Subfolders
    • Entire folders (e.g. onboarding folders)

Example:

  • Select New Hire Onboarding folder

4. Generate Report

  • Click Generate Report
  • The system will display selected training items with details such as:
    • Status
    • Training title
    • Owner / secondary owner
    • Last updated date
    • Learning or Training Track Log

5. View Learning Track Details

  • Click the view icon to open a training's learning track log or register
  • Review user progress per training item

Statuses include:

  • Agreed / Not Agreed (training acknowledgement)
  • Complete (100%)
    • Completed users will also show a completion date and time
  • Incomplete (with progress percentage)
  • Not started (no progress shown)

6. Search or Review Users

  • Search for specific team members
  • Or scroll through the full list of assigned users

7. Export Report

  • Click Export Report
  • The report downloads as an Excel (.xlsx) file
