Generating a Systems Activity Log Report
The system activity log report tracks and exports all user actions in a system, policy, or training, including who created, viewed, or modified items, and when.
The System Activity Log report tracks all user activity within the system, including who created, viewed, or modified content and when these actions occurred. It helps administrators monitor engagement, updates, and usage across systems.
Steps to Generate a System Activity Log Report
1. Open Settings
- Click your profile image
- Select Settings
2. Go to Reports
- On the left menu, click Reports
- Select System Activity Log
3. Choose Report Scope
- Select Systems
- (Optional) Filter by owners if required
- You can also choose All Owners
4. Generate Report
- Click Generate Report
- The system will compile activity data
5. Review Activity Data
The report shows:
- Systems that have been opened
- Number of views
- Who modified the content last
- Who viewed each system
6. Export Report
- Click Export Report
- The file will download as an Excel (.xlsx) file
