How to Import Systems from Another systemHUB Account to Yours

It's easy to move systems and policies from one account to another. Simply follow these steps.

Note: Paste the share link, you copied from the other account, into the URL bar while you're logged into the other account you want to import the system into.

1. Obtain the External Share Link

To import a system, you must first have an External Share Link provided by another systemHUB user.

  1. The sender generates this by opening their system, clicking External Share from the edit screen, and copying the URL.

  2. Alternatively, you can use public templates (e.g., systemHUB.com/soptemplate).

2. Access the Shared System

Before clicking the link, ensure you are already logged in to your own systemHUB account in your browser.

  1. Open the shared link you received.

  2. You will see a "View Only" version of the system.
  3. Because you are logged in, two unique buttons will appear at the top of the screen: Return to your systemHUB and Import.

3. Choose a Destination Folder

Click the Import button at the top of the page.

  1. A window will pop up displaying your current account's folder structure.

  2. Select the specific folder where you want the new system to be saved.
  3. Click Import.

4. Customize Your Imported System

The system will be copied instantly into your account.

  1. You will be redirected automatically to the new system.

  2. The system will be titled with "Copy:" in front of the original name.
  3. You are now in edit mode and can customize the content, change the name, and assign owners to make the system your own.
