How to Import Systems from Another systemHUB Account to Yours

Learn how to use an External Share Link or public template to quickly import business systems and procedures directly into your company's systemHUB account folders.


🔗 Step 1: Obtain the External Share Link

To import a system, you must first have an External Share Link provided by another systemHUB user.

  • The sender generates this by opening their system, clicking External Share from the edit screen, and copying the URL.
  • Alternatively, you can use public templates (e.g. systemHUB.com/soptemplate).

🚀 Step-by-Step System Import Guide

Once you have your link ready, follow these steps to add the document to your workspace:

  1. Navigate to the Settings area in your account.
  2. Click on the Import option.
  3. From the system you want to import (from another account), copy the share link.
  4. Paste the link into the import field.
  5. Hit Continue to proceed.
  6. Select the folder where you want the system to be imported (e.g. Admin folder).
  7. Confirm by clicking Import.

📂 Locating Your New Document

Go to the folder you selected during the import process to find the imported system document. You can now edit, customize, or assign it to your team members.
