How to Log In as Another Member
Account Owners, Admins, and Editors can use the "Login as Member" feature to view systemHUB exactly as a specific team member does, making it easy to verify permissions and troubleshoot access.
👥 Step 1: Access the Members List
First, ensure you are logged in as an Account Owner, Admin, or Editor.
- Click your Profile Image in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the left-hand menu, click Company and then select Members.
🔐 Step 2: Login as a Member
Locate the specific team member you wish to impersonate from the user list.
- Find the user you want to check.
- Under the Actions column for that member, click the Login as Member button.
- You will now see exactly what that user sees based on their specific permissions and assigned systems.
🔍 Step 3: Verify Permissions
Use this view to troubleshoot or check access levels across the platform:
- Readers: Can typically only see content they are specifically assigned to.
- Editors / Admins: Have broader access to edit or manage content.
If a member, such as a Reader, has no assigned systems, they may only see the default system templates.
🔄 Step 4: Return to Your Account
Once you have finished checking the member’s view, you need to switch back to your own profile.
- Click the Member’s Profile Image in the top right corner.
- Select Back to Company Owner to return to your normal view and permissions immediately.
🎉 You're All Set!
You now know how to check and verify exactly what your team members see in systemHUB. This is the perfect tool for ensuring your permissions are set up correctly!
