How to Update Your Subdomain

Make your account feel more like your own by customizing your company’s systemHUB subdomain.

 

1. Access General Settings

First, log in to your systemHUB account with your current credentials.

  1. Click on your Profile Image in the top right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In the left-hand menu, click the Company dropdown and select General.

2. Update the Subdomain

Locate the Company Subdomain (or URL) field. This is the unique identifier that appears before https://www.google.com/search?q=.systemhub.com.

  1. Delete the existing text in the field.

  2. Type in your new, desired subdomain (e.g., changing "test-accelerate" to "accelerate").

  3. Click the Update button.

3. Confirm the Change

A pop-up notification will appear warning you that your company alias and login URL are about to change.

  1. Review the notice carefully, as this change affects how all team members access the platform.

  2. Click OK to proceed.

4. Re-Log In

Once the update is processed, the system will automatically redirect you.

  1. You will be sent to the new login page featuring your updated subdomain in the URL.

  2. Log in as usual to resume working in your workspace.
