Printing System PDFs
This video explains the process of printing system PDFs.
1. Access the Manual Creator
The Print Manuals feature allows you to bundle multiple systems, policies, or trainings into a single, professional PDF document.

Click your Profile Image in the top right corner.

Select Settings.

In the left-hand menu, select Print Manuals.
2. Generate a New Manual
Once inside the manual section, you can choose exactly what content to include:

Click the New Manual button.

Select Content: You can choose content by:

Folder/Section: Select specific folders (e.g., "Marketing").

Role: Select a specific team role to generate a manual containing everything that role needs to know.

Search: Use the search bar to find specific titles.

Click Create Manual.
3. Monitor the Progress
After clicking create, a pop-up will notify you that the manual is being generated.

The system will process all the text, images, and formatting.

Stay on the Print Manuals page; you will see the status of your request under the "Printed Manuals" list.
4. Download and Save
Once the status changes to Completed:

Find your manual in the list (organized by the date it was created).

Click the Download button.

The PDF will save directly to your computer's downloads folder.

Cleanup: If you no longer need the manual stored in systemHUB, you can click the Delete (trash bin) icon to remove it from the list.
