How to create a system/policy/training

Simple systemHUB workflow for creating a new system. These steps apply for systems/policies/trainings.

 

1. Navigate to the Systems Area

  • Click on the Systems tab.

  • Click New

2. Create the System

  • Add a title: Give the system a clear, action-based name, for example Schedule a Meeting.

  • Add an overview: Write a short description explaining what the system covers.

3. Add the Steps

  • Add a trigger: Describe when this system starts, for example when someone requests to book a meeting.

  • List the steps: Capture the basic actions involved, such as sending a booking link, following up if there is no response, and confirming the booking.

  • Add notes: Include any details about what needs to be prepared or communicated.

5. Set the Status and Publish

  • Change the system status if you want to show the file is a work in progress.

  • Click Publish.
