Will the Upgrade Migration Affect My Current Data or Settings? 🔒

No, your current data and settings will be carried over as part of the upgrade migration. As long as no changes are made within 24 hours before the upgrade migration begins, everything—from documents and users to permissions and settings—will be accurately preserved in systemHUB 2.0.

How Long Will the Upgrade Migration Take, and Will There Be Any Downtime?

The estimated duration of a systemHUB 2.0 account upgrade migration is between 3 to 8 hours, depending on the size of your company. This timeframe accounts for the volume of documents, users, settings, and other data that need to be transferred. During this period, your account will be temporarily inaccessible to ensure a smooth and secure upgrade migration.

Will I Need to Do Anything on My End to Prepare for the Upgrade? ⚙️

No preparation is required on your end for the upgrade. However, we recommend informing your team about the upcoming upgrade migration and advising them to refrain from making any changes to the systemHUB account starting one day before the upgrade migration. This ensures that all your company data is accurately carried over during the upgrade process.

How Do I Log Into systemHUB 2.0? 🌐

You will receive an email with a link to access your upgraded systemHUB 2.0 account. This email will guide you to reset your password and log in.

Old URL format:
<companyname>.systemHUB.com

New URL format:
<companyname>.systemsHUB.com (note the added “s” after “system”)

The company name in the URL remains exactly the same between version 1.0 and 2.0.

If you don’t receive the login email (or it ends up in spam), you can go directly to the new login page using the format above. Simply enter your company name in the new URL, click “Forgot Password,” and follow the steps to reset your password.

All users, systems, processes, and permissions from your existing systemHUB 1.0 account will already be migrated into your new 2.0 account.

Is There a Rollback Option if Something Goes Wrong During the Upgrade Migration?

Please note that there will be no rollback option once the upgrade migration is complete. This is because we are fully upgrading systemHUB to a new platform built on the latest technology. The goal of this transition is to make systemHUB faster, more reliable, and ready to support AI-powered features, ensuring long-term improvements for your experience.

Can I Choose When the Upgrade Migration Happens, or Is It Automatic? 🕒

The upgrade migration will be automatically scheduled to ensure a controlled, smooth, and efficient process. This allows us to carry out the upgrade as cleanly and swiftly as possible, minimizing any potential disruptions.

What Are the Key Differences Between the Current Version and 2.0?

The current version of systemHUB was built in 2016, and technology has advanced significantly since then. With the rise of AI, enhanced password security, and improved data efficiency, it’s crucial for our platform to evolve and match current technological standards to deliver the best possible user experience.

systemHUB 2 is built on the latest technology, offering major improvements over the previous version. It’s faster, more secure, and includes isolated company storage, all designed to support future AI capabilities and ensure greater data efficiency.

Are There Any New Tools or Automations I Should Know About? 🤖

Yes! We’ve started rolling out AI-powered features designed to make your experience smoother and more efficient. Additionally, we're working with tools like Embedly to better manage uploaded media within systemHUB, allowing for a more seamless experience when handling images, videos, and other media. We're also upgrading the CKEditor for improved text formatting, giving you a more robust and user-friendly interface. These new tools are currently in development and are expected to be available by mid-year.

Will Any Features I Currently Use Be Removed or Replaced?

No features or functions from the current version of systemHUB will be removed in Version 2. Instead, you’ll experience an improved and more optimized version of the platform.

How Does 2.0 Improve Performance or Efficiency Compared to the Current Version? ⚙️

systemHUB 2.0 delivers significant improvements over the current version by leveraging the latest technologies. It offers enhanced performance, faster load times, and a more responsive user experience. Can You Provide a Quick Overview or Demo of the New Dashboard/Interface?

Will My Current Subscription Plan Still Work with 2.0?

Yes, your current subscription plan will carry over seamlessly with the 2.0 upgrade. There’s no need to change your plan—your existing subscription will remain intact. However, you will be prompted to update your billing and payment details as part of the transition process.

Are There Any Changes to Data Privacy, Backups, or Security Protocols in 2.0? 🔐
