Training Log: Where Are They At?

This video explains how to monitor individual training progress and assess completion status.


1. View the Training Log

Every training document in systemHUB has a built-in tracker to show you the status of assigned users.

  • Open the specific Training module you want to check.

  • Click on the Training Log button.

  • Review Status: You can see the percentage of completion for each member (e.g., "7% complete").

  • Completion Status: If a user has finished some but not all of the tracks, the status will remain "Incomplete."


2. Inspect Detailed Progress (Log in as User)

If you need to see exactly which steps or "Training Tracks" a member is stuck on, you can view the system from their perspective.

  • Click your Profile Picture in the top right and select Company.

  • Select the Members section.

  • Find the team member and click the three dots (...) next to their name.

  • Select Login as [Member Name].


3. Identify Missing Tracks

Once logged in as the team member, navigate to their training area:

  • Go to the Training section and open the assigned module.

  • Look for the checkmarks next to the training tracks.

  • Note the Gaps: Any tracks without a checkmark are the ones the team member still needs to complete. This allows you to give them a specific "nudge" or extra support where they are struggling.


4. Return to Admin Mode

When you are finished reviewing their progress:

  • Look for the banner or button at the top of the screen that says Back to Admin.

  • Click this to return to your own account with full administrative permissions.
