Trash Feature

This video explains how to recover deleted items before they are permanently removed from systemHUB.


1. Locate the Trash Can

You can find the recovery area regardless of which section you are in (Systems, Policies, or Training).

  • Look at the bottom right-hand corner of your systemHUB dashboard.

  • Click on the Trash icon.


2. Restore Your Content

Once the trash window opens, you can filter by content type to find what you lost:

  • Select the Area: Choose the tab for Systems, Policies, or Training.

  • Identify the Item: Find the deleted folder or document in the list.

  • Restore: Click the Restore button next to the item. It will immediately return to its original location in your folder tree.


3. Understand the 30-Day Window

It is critical to act quickly if something is deleted:

  • Automatic Purge: Items in the Trash are only held for 30 days.

  • Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day window expires, the content is permanently deleted from the systemHUB servers and cannot be recovered.
