We’ve implemented several new updates to the platform, along with improvements based on your valuable feedback. Check them out!

 


 

Here are the bigger updates:

1. Agreement Explorer: Generate Complete Reports! Users can now create a complete PDF report that compiles agreement registers or logs from various systems, policies, and training.

Generating this report is as easy as creating PDF manuals for your content. All you have to do is go to the "Company" section, and under the "Reports" drop-down menu, select "Agreement Log."

You can choose individual systems or entire folders to include in the report.

Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address, where the download link for the report will be sent. You will also need to name your report.

The agreement log report will include all the logs for the selected systems, policies, or training. You’ll be able to see which team members have signed off on your content and which have not, allowing users to quickly check the status of multiple agreement logs without opening each system.

 

 

Please note that this feature can only be accessed by users who have access to the "Company" section of the account. If you don’t have access, please coordinate with your account owner to update your access level or permission settings.

 

2. Learning Lane: Your Path to Training Reports. Users can now create a complete PDF report that compiles learning track registers or logs for training.

Generating this report is as easy as creating PDF manuals for your content. All you have to do is go to the "Company" section, and under the "Reports" drop-down menu, select "Learning Track."

You can choose individual training sessions or entire folders to include in the report.

Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address, where the download link for the report will be sent. You will also need to name your report.

The learning track report will include all the logs for the selected training. You’ll be able to see which team members have completed the training and how far along they are, allowing users to quickly check the status of multiple learning tracks without opening each training session.

 

 

Please note that this feature can only be accessed by users who have access to the "Company" section of the account. If you don’t have access, please coordinate with your account owner to update your access level or permission settings.

 

3. Statistics Report: Generate Insights for Systems, Policies, and Training! Users can now create statistics reports for systems, policies, or training.

These reports will display information such as primary and secondary owners, creation and last update dates, number of views, the team member who last modified the system, and the users who viewed the system along with the date of their last view.

You can filter these reports by ownership, who last modified the system, who viewed the system, and by colour or status.

Not only will the reports display on the Systems Statistics page, but you can also download a PDF copy if needed.

These reports will help users gather important information about systems, policies, or training without having to open each item individually.

To start generating systems statistics reports, go to the "Company" section, and under the "Reports" drop-down menu, select "System Statistics."

4. Approval Insight: Know Who’s Signed Off! Users can now create individual sign-off reports for systems, policies, and training.

These reports will display information on specific team members and their status regarding signing off on particular content in the account.

You can filter these reports by ownership, colour or status, and sign-off status (agreed or not agreed).

Not only will the reports display on the Individual Sign-off page, but you can also download a PDF copy if needed.

This will be very helpful in figuring out which content a team member has already signed off on and which content they have not, without having to open each one individually.

To start generating individual sign-off reports, go to the "Company" section, and under the "Reports" drop-down menu, select "Individual Sign-off."

Table Toolkit: Enhance Your Tables with New Features! We’ve updated the tables in systemHUB's text editor. Users now have additional options to update or tweak table properties such as borders, backgrounds, dimensions, and alignment.

You can now style tables, resize columns, and add captions as well.
