Updating Credit Card Details
If you need to update your old credit card and use a new and updated one to pay for your subscription, watch the video below.
1. Access Billing Settings
Managing your subscription and payments is centralized within your account settings.

Permissions Check: Only users with Account Admin access can view or modify billing information.

Click your Profile Photo in the top right-hand corner.

Select Settings.

From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Billing > Subscription.
2. Review Your Current Plan
The Subscription page provides a clear overview of your account status:

Plan Type: View your current tier (e.g., "10 Users Monthly").

Renewal Date: See when your next payment is due.

Outstanding Balance: Check if there are any pending payments required to keep your account active.
3. Upgrade Your Subscription
If your team is growing and you need more user seats:

Click the Subscribe (or Upgrade) button.

Select your new desired plan or user count.

Double-check the plan details and renewal frequency.

Review and Agree to the Terms of Service.

Click Subscribe to finalize the upgrade.
4. Update Your Payment Method
To change the credit card on file for future renewals:

Click Update Payment Method (or Add Payment Method).
-
Enter your new credit card details, ensuring the billing address is correct.

Click Add to save the card as your primary payment source.
