Updating Credit Card Details

Managing your subscription, upgrading your user seats, and updating payment methods can be easily handled by an Account Admin directly through the billing settings dashboard.


💳 Step 1: Access Billing Settings

Managing your subscription and payments is centralised within your account settings.

⚠️ Permissions Check: Only users with Account Admin access can view or modify billing information.

  1. Click your Profile Photo in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Billing -> Subscription.

🔍 Step 2: Review Your Current Plan

The Subscription page provides a clear overview of your account status:

  • Plan Type: View your current tier, such as "10 Users Monthly".
  • Renewal Date: See when your next payment is due.
  • Outstanding Balance: Check if there are any pending payments required to keep your account active.

🚀 Step 3: Upgrade Your Subscription

If your team is growing and you need more user seats, follow these steps to scale up your account:

  1. Click the Subscribe (or Upgrade) button.
  2. Select your new desired plan or user count.
  3. Double-check the plan details and renewal frequency.
  4. Review and agree to the Terms of Service.
  5. Click Subscribe to finalize the upgrade.

🔄 Step 4: Update Your Payment Method

To change the credit card on file for future renewals:

  1. Click Update Payment Method (or Add Payment Method).
  2. Enter your new credit card details, ensuring the billing address is correct.
  3. Click Add to save the card as your primary payment source.

Your billing details and subscription are now up to date. Your account will automatically adjust to your new plan, keeping your team connected and systemising smoothly!
