Updating Credit Card Details

If you need to update your old credit card and use a new and updated one to pay for your subscription, watch the video below.


1. Access Billing Settings

Managing your subscription and payments is centralized within your account settings.

  • Permissions Check: Only users with Account Admin access can view or modify billing information.

  • Click your Profile Photo in the top right-hand corner.

  • Select Settings.

  • From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Billing > Subscription.


2. Review Your Current Plan

The Subscription page provides a clear overview of your account status:

  • Plan Type: View your current tier (e.g., "10 Users Monthly").

  • Renewal Date: See when your next payment is due.

  • Outstanding Balance: Check if there are any pending payments required to keep your account active.


3. Upgrade Your Subscription

If your team is growing and you need more user seats:

  • Click the Subscribe (or Upgrade) button.

  • Select your new desired plan or user count.

  • Double-check the plan details and renewal frequency.

  • Review and Agree to the Terms of Service.

  • Click Subscribe to finalize the upgrade.


4. Update Your Payment Method

To change the credit card on file for future renewals:

  • Click Update Payment Method (or Add Payment Method).

  • Enter your new credit card details, ensuring the billing address is correct.

  • Click Add to save the card as your primary payment source.
