Updating Your Account's Time Zone
It's easy to update the time zone your systemHUB account uses. Just follow this quick tutorial.
1. Access Company Settings
To change the time zone for your entire account, you must first navigate to your general settings.

Click your Profile Image in the top right corner.
- Select Settings.
- In the left-hand side panel, click the Company dropdown and select General.
2. Locate the Time Zone Field
On the General settings page, look for the configuration fields near the top of the screen.

You will see your Company Name and Account Subdomain.
- Directly beneath these is the Time Zone dropdown menu.
3. Select Your Local Time Zone
By default, systemHUB is set to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). To update it:

Click the Time Zone dropdown menu.
- Use the scroll bar to find your region (e.g., searching by continent or GMT offset).
- Select the city or region that matches your local time (for example, selecting "Asia/Shanghai" for GMT +8).
4. Save Changes
Once the correct zone is selected, you must save your settings.

Click the Update button at the bottom of the section.
5. What Happens Next
After hitting update, the new time zone will be applied across your entire workspace. You will see these changes reflected in:

System Statistics: Ensuring update logs are accurate to your local time.
- Agreement Register: Tracking exactly when policies were signed.
- Team Login Info: Monitoring member activity with correct timestamps.
