Using the Native Browser Spell Checker

systemHUB uses your browser’s native spell checker to catch typos. Follow these quick steps to enable the built-in spell check feature directly within Google Chrome.

 

🛠️ Step 1: Access Your Browser Settings

systemHUB uses your browser’s native spell checker to help you catch typos. To enable this in Google Chrome, follow these steps:

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of your browser window.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

🌐 Step 2: Enable Spell Check

Once in the settings menu, you need to locate the language tools:

  1. Click Languages on the left-hand side panel.
  2. Locate the Spell check section.
  3. Toggle the switch to On.
  4. Choose Your Level: You can select Basic spell check for standard corrections or Enhanced spell check to use the same technology found in Google Search.

🔄 Step 3: Refresh systemHUB

To ensure the new settings are applied to your current workspace:

  1. Go back to your systemHUB tab.
  2. Reload the page by clicking the Refresh icon or pressing F5.

📝 Step 4: Use Spell Check in Your Systems

You can now use this feature in any text editing area, such as Overview, Details, or Notes.

  1. Start typing your content.
  2. If you make a mistake, a red underline will appear beneath the misspelled word.
  3. To Correct: Right-click the underlined word to see a list of suggested corrections and select the right one.

Your browser's spell checker is now active inside systemHUB. You can type out your systems with confidence knowing that typos will be flagged and corrected easily!
