How to Check You're Using the Latest Version of Your Browser
systemHUB relies on an up-to-date browser. If you hit glitches, updating Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox and restarting often fixes them immediately.
🌐 Supported Browsers
systemHUB is a modern web app, and modern web apps rely on an up-to-date browser. If you're a version or two behind, you can hit glitches that simply go away once you update. Good news: most browsers update themselves, they just need a restart to apply it.
Browsers systemHUB supports:
- Google Chrome (last 2 versions)
- Microsoft Edge (last 2 versions)
- Safari (last 2 versions)
- Mozilla Firefox (last 2 versions)
Internet Explorer and the old (non-Chromium) Edge are not supported.
🌐 Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu (top right) -> Help -> About Google Chrome.
- Chrome checks for updates and installs any it finds.
- Click Relaunch to finish.
(You can also type chrome://settings/help into the address bar.)
🌊 Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu (top right) -> Help and feedback -> About Microsoft Edge.
- Edge checks and installs any update.
- Click Restart.
(Or type edge://settings/help into the address bar.)
🧭 Safari (Mac)
Safari updates come through macOS system updates.
- Click the Apple menu (top left) -> System Settings -> General -> Software Update.
- Install any available update.
- Restart if prompted.
🦊 Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu (three lines, top right) -> Help -> About Firefox.
- Firefox checks and downloads any update.
- Click Restart to update Firefox.
💡 Troubleshooting Tip
After updating, close the browser fully and reopen it, then log back into systemHUB. If the issue continues, try a private / incognito window, and if it's still there, contact support with your browser name and version.
